First ideas

Section of the entrance to the area, wher a panel of trees and the highest section of the first buildings, helps to stop the noise to enter in the residential areas.

Idea of the distribution of the roads

Idea of the internal distribution of the place

The first idea consist on divide the area in three parts, using the middle part like an residential area which serves also like a link between the entrance to the place an the sea. Following this idea, the entrance part will be a mixed between comercial and residential area, with some public spaces; and the place close to the sea will accommodate a relax space for look directly to the views, mixed with some sports or educational equipments.
The section of the buildings will be higher close to the main road and lower close to the sea. In this way, the buildings close to the sea don't disturb to much the views to the other ones; and the ones that are close to the road, will stop the noise.
